DYP is pumped to be at Carbon Cafe & Bar again with Mile High United Way Emerging Leaders Council as our featured YP group and the Brain Injury Alliance our featured nonprofit!

Carbon Cafe & Bar is a legacy on the colorful block of Platte Street in the lower highlands of Denver. A place to see and be seen, whether enjoying a delicious coffee from local coffee roasters, relishing in the heady satisfaction of a daily four egg scramble with house-made tots and a perfect hit of dipping sauce, or creating a custom cocktail experience with an unpretentious bartender, Carbon is a creative space built on the literal foundation of Denver's past and ready to entertain.

The Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado is the go-to resource for help and services for survivors of an injury to the brain, their families, and providers. There are over 500,000 adults in CO who have sustained a TBI and are living with a disability. The BIA is the organization that survivors and families can turn to, with trusted staff who will listen, understand their situation, and provide them with solutions to help navigate their path to recovery.

The Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) is a collective of over 1,200 young professionals who support Mile High United Way by coming together to make a positive impact through volunteerism, advocacy, philanthropy and by developing into community leaders.
